[The beat of metal wings announces Blue Eyes and Intensity's arrival in the next few minutes.

And he immediately makes a beeline for wherever Angel is.]

[nohalation]

[Angel’s sitting on a bench, hugging Peanut, flag next to her. She looks up as Intensity arrived with Blue Eyes, but not saying much.]

[bluescreenwhitedragon]

[Picks up the flag and leans it against the bench so he can sit down next to her.]

[nohalation]

[scooches a little closer]

[Wraps an arm around her shoulder]

Why are you sad?

[A quick flash of "Does Intensity have to commit a murder?"

(One that Angel can never find out about.)]

[But blink and it's gone as he pulls Angel just that much closer to his side.]

Is he already giving you trouble?

[nohalation]

No. He says he does not remember anything, and he did not even attempt to hurt me.

Somehow, I do not believe him. Maybe he is telling the truth. But once I looked into his eyes, I did not feel like I was looking into the eyes of a stranger.

I cannot understand why he would just pretend though. I know he hates me more than anything, I do not think he'd be able to control that sort of anger. But in case it was true that he did not remember, I told him I would just leave him alone.

Even if he doesn't remember now doesn't mean that he'll never remember. He doesn't seem like the type of person to be able to bury the past.

...I don't think so either. That's why I don't want to try and do anything until he does remember. It would feel like I was lying to him, otherwise.

How does that even work?

[nohalation]

Ummm, say there is someone you hated, but you forgot everything that person did to you. You end up being very friendly to them. That person then tries to become friends, knowing very well that you would be enemies again when they remember everything.

Once you remember every thing, would you not feel like you were lied to? Or that you were being taken advantage of while your memories were gone? Of course it would be easier to become friends if you can't remember the terrible things they did to you.

If his personality is so wishy-washy that losing his memories is enough to change it, he shouldn't be allowed to keep it in the first place.
