[He laughs into the kiss, Izumu's positive feedback emboldening him to press deeper into the kiss.

And all the while, trailing his remaining hand up and down those bound arms and hands.

It's unlikely this trick will ever work on Izumu ever again, so he has to make it count]

[ the long-sleeved goth coat he's wearing is bulky enough that he doesn't react too strongly to the touch on his arms, but when Intensity's hand travels all the way up to trace his bound hands, he gasps into the kiss, losing a little ground. ]

[He chuckles at that reaction. Yes. Good.

And between his own pauses for air or to adjust his angle so he can apply more teeth:]

Tell me I've won and that you've lost.

You're supposed to admit to your defeat.

[ that makes him flush a deeper red than the kiss itself, and he flits through several expressions before landing on a glare that doesn't have all his heart in it. ]

[ it wasn't actually the dopamine that time, but he can pretend it was. ]

[ unfortunately for Intensity, he still catches that fleeting flustered expression—and he snorts a laugh, relaxing, even as Intensity grips his chin. ]
