...Definitely a different sort of dramatic than falling from great heights. But I like it.

[Tightening her hand around his.]

Of course.

[He theatrically and dramatically (of course) hops into the next seat while the ride is moving.

And pulls Maki into his lap as he does so.

Does that mean they're not going to be able to apply any of the safety harness/straps if two people are sitting in one of these? But of course.]

[Maybe they'll be some freefall in this scene after all.

She's surprised again, and she squeaks a tiny bit as she falls into his lap. Then she attempts to make that seem intentional by looping her arms around him dramatically.]

He hooks an arm around her waist and waits until she gets settled, the ride picking up speed as they go. No doubt under the influence of FiN powers]

[She settles flush against him but doesn't immediately look up at him, watching the lights around them as they speed up. The blueish cast to the light makes it difficult to see if she's blushing.]

Or if you'd rather we pick up some speed and altitude first.

[That makes her turn her head towards him properly.]

...Well, combining the rush of the kiss with the rush of acceleration is fun, right?

[With an unnecessary snap of his fingers, the ride begins to accelerate]

[It comes out in a pleased exhale, and as her hair starts to whip in the wind, instead of watching the scenery she leans in so her face is a few inches from his and pauses there.]

[Intensity will reach out to place a hand on her cheek, holding it there for a few moments.

Before leaning in for a kiss.]

[She's still for a beat when their lips finally meet before she responds, taking a moment to feel the jump of excitement and delight. But then she curls her hands into his jacket and kisses back, hard and heated.]

But everything and anything is a contest.

So he's definitely not pulling back first - especially since she has the firmer grip. And will press into her with the intent to kiss her breathless.]

[She may have a good grip, but that's not great leverage when she's sitting in his lap. So she turns her body as they kiss, splaying her knees across him and bracing them against the seat frame to raise her body up, basically climbing up him so she can put her weight to better use.

The chair was definitely not designed for this distribution of weight, however, and as she leans against his chest it pitches backwards abruptly. Her thighs tense and her fists tighten as that makes it very apparent that she's not secured to anything but him, but she's definitely not going to break away because of that, and she presses close as she deepens the kiss from her higher angle.]

[This might be really dangerous if one of them wasn't a ZRAEL.

But as it stands (or sits), he just attempts to hang onto the seat - which helicopter dangling has taught him a thing or two about having a good grip. So does dragon riding.

So besides the regrettable act of having to actually grip the seat with his own hands, he welcomes the kiss and the angle. Perfectly content to see where else she wants to go with it.]

[She did not especially have a plan for where she wanted to go with this, but as the chair leans precariously and her heart beats faster she's inspired again.

A touch of Harder They Fall makes the ropes supporting the back of the seat as strong as steel for a moment before they snap and let the chair fall fully backwards. Maki has her legs tight around Intensity's waist and Verticality enough to stabilize her position, but otherwise she just cards her fingers into his hair and waits to see how well his helicopter-dangling skills can support both their weight hanging mostly upside down.]
