[Honestly, who would expect anything different, and it's not like she's particularly softer in any way as she crashes into him. She grunts as her forehead knocks into his collarbone on the landing. Afterwards, she just stays resting there, letting out a shaky breath, metal fingers trembling.]

[That said, she switches to ruffling through his hair instead, indulgent and—perhaps due to the lingering feeling in her fingers—still somewhat shaky and light. Color stays high in her cheeks, and while her flesh hand has ended up near his wrist, she doesn’t actively try to hold him down or anything.]
