[Slowly, her arms reach around to draw the thin chain around his middle, just under his pecs. It loops in back then comes back around, eventually leaving three turns of the bindings, intended to be secure, though not tight. While the chains are certainly cool, it's less the dull chill of metal and more an active, prickly sort of feeling; more coils of energy than heavy weights.

Once this is done, she lays the chain vertical up his spine before going around his chest again, this time a bit below his collarbones. These too are wrapped and reverse-wrapped around him before the trailing end is tucked back at his spine]

One of the last times they met, they rolled around on the Game Tower floor because of FiN's bad decisions and three times horny.

And now -- she is slowly and methodically tying him up midflight.

He's doing great right now. For some definition of the word great. That is to say, can you see someone blush when they're covered in a spattering of scales? Surely that red flush is just because of the high altitude and wind.
