Yeah. By the time I went through, they'd got it down to 46% wash-out rate for the first sync. Most of em just couldn't hack it and got cut loose.

Some of em... well, not the kinda thing you wanna crit fail at.

...anyways, probly candidates kept dropping off after that first time. Sync days kinda sucked, early on.
