Boss: no idea one way or the other
Boss: the thing Asmodeus seems to play in opposition to Pythia
Boss: is why lie when the truth is likely terrible enough to draw you to his side?
Boss: but also why nothing he says can really be trusted

CEO: This whole stupid production is a power grab between Asmodeus and Pythia.
CEO: Where we now know that Pythia is an established liar.
CEO: And that her faction is at an obvious disadvantage.
CEO: We still don't know what Pythia's winning conditions are.
CEO: And only one of Asmodeus's - even if he doesn't get a demon out of the deal.
CEO: Yet it was Exael who wanted us to find out about Asmodeus's existence.
CEO: Why would she do that if she just knew it would blow their cover?

Boss: could be why she did it in the first place?
Boss: there's always the possibility that she was once one of Asmodeus's
Boss: and the "minions being stolen" is actually literal
Boss: or it could be Exael's vying for Pythia's seat

Boss: after i tried to stab him, he had me pinned against the wall

Boss: though i guess someone could argue Heaven isn't so different from Hell

CEO: So summon Pythia with King or Hiryuu on standby.

Boss: i am the worst possible option to be summoning Pythia at this point

Boss: you don't think she'd immediately reject the summoning because i've already summoned Asmodeus?

CEO: Depends if she knows about it or not.

CEO: But it's really demons don't like to share information with each other.
CEO: Probably part of the power play dynamics.

Boss: though i guess there's always the possibility if Asmodeus's minions are real being stolen by other factions
Boss: Pythia might try to grab at someone who's already summoned him once...

Boss: i don't feel a sudden urge to summon him or want to deal with him, so i'm going with no

CEO: And what exactly are you hoping to achieve via truth potion?

Boss: i dunno
Boss: mutual understanding?

CEO: If such a thing is even fucking possible.
CEO: I need to track down a lead.
CEO: And I'm sure your unit is a fucking mess of feelings at the moment.
