But from what you said, Ringmaster was in the dark about even the angel's existence.

So there is some fucked up power play and politics involved here that we don't understand.

I didn't say she didn't know they existed. The only thing I'm reasonably sure she was surprised about is that Tokyo-F got destroyed. And I don't think she was expecting us in prison, either. But that doesn't mean she didn't know there was an angel in a box somewhere.

And, of course, she's a liar, so I could just be totally wrong.

Either way, it's best that we try to assist the angel in not getting caught.

At best, even if 10% of this bullshit is real, then we're on a path to have a potential third-party ally. At worst, we just play right into the producers' hands and fuck - we were already doing that anyway.

...I don't at all believe that they're going to magically get us all out of here, though. And I'm a little worried Hurricane is going to toss us all out of the frying pan and into the fire with blind faith in that.

Well, for example, Requiem was talking about how they were going to get us out, and when I asked out to where, she was like "I don't know, home maybe? I wouldn't mind."

That was just her speculating, but if there's any chance this angel will decide it's best to just send us all home like lost children...

Well, it's not like I think that would be the end of everything. If that happens, I'm definitely going to tear both the angel and Hurricane a new one even if it requires breaking out of my killing game and punching through dimensions. But I'd prefer to avoid it ahead of time, if possible.

Whether you approve of him or not - and it seems you don't, Hurricane is a person who always lands where he needs to be at the right time. Call it luck or whatever fucking chance it is. But aggravating him is not going to do you any favors.

You need to bring him around to your line of thinking gently, or it won't work at all.

...First I'm going to make him actually tell me the details of what happened and what his plan is, because Requiem didn't really know them. Then I'm going to make sure he understands that he shouldn't just assume everything's going to work out the way he wants and make decisions for everyone. We need to be careful, and we need to have back-up plans.
